Hi,
There is no driver software available for Honestech TVR 2.5 version in the manufacturer’s website. However, you may try to install Honestech TVR 2.0 version in Windows XP compatibility mode on your machine & check if the issue persists.
a.Right click on the setup file of the driver software , click Properties, click Compatibility tab, under compatibility mode, check mark “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” and select “Windows XP(Service Pack 2)” from the drop down list. Click Apply and then click ok.
b. Under “Privilege level”, click “Run this program as an administrator”, click apply and then click ok.
c. Install the software successfully and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
d. Launch the software and check for its functionality.
